This week’s health food product review and here i have one of my favorite whole food supplements, which is the Bio-Strath Plasmolysed Herbal Yeast Liquid Elixir from Cedar Health.
Bio-Strath whole food supplements are based on a nutritional yeast called Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is an excellent source of B-complex vitamins and is said to have immune system enhancing properties.
In a special Bio-Strath manufacturing process, this specific yeast is fed selected plant extracts for added nutritional value and then liquefied by fermentation yielding plasmolysed yeast.

Bio-Strath Herbal Yeast liquid provides an excellent mild energy boost and is one of my favorite natural pre-workout supplements for taking before going to the gym.
