3 of the best Nootropic supplements

Nootropics are drugs, herbs, supplements and other substances which may improve memory and cognitive function.

There are many different nootropic supplements on the market these days, I have taken the time over the past year or so to review and try as many of them as I can.

I have a great deal of experience with supplements, but nootropics and cognitive enhancing substances is not really something that has peaked my interest much until recently.

I think it was stumbling upon the exciting recent scientific research on the likes of the Ayurvedic nootropic herb Brahmi and the likes of Citicoline which has peaked my interest back into nootropic compounds again.

Anyway, in no particular order let me take you through three of my favorite nootropic supplements that I've been experimenting with recently.

1. MADMONQ

MADMONQ® is a nutrient-dense formulation of some of the world’s most renowned ingredients for supporting brain health and performance.

The fruity tablet is a synergistic combination of caffeine, tea extracts, non-essential amino acids, adaptogenic herbs and many other nutrients.

It provides a boost unrivaled by standard energy drinks.  In other words, it’s a game changer.

Fourteen carefully chosen fruit, plant, herb extracts and other nutrients + Spectra™.

MADMONQ is currently one of my new favorite supplements and I'm really enjoying being able to eat/suck a fruity tablet anywhere on the go or at work that contains lots of amazing health, energy and cognitive boosting herbs such as the adaptogens including siberian ginseng, schisandra berry and rhodiola rosea.

MADMONQ also contains Bacopa aka Brahmi which is one of the most highly prized herbs in Indian Ayurvedic medicine systems for its memory enhancing and brain boosting properties.

MADMONQ is packed with so many other goodies from Acetyl-l-carnitine to caffeine from organic coffee, vitamins b6, b9 and b12, zinc, european blueberry, tyrosine, l-theanine, spectra and much more.

MADMONQ can be purchased from their official website at: MADMONQ®

2. Performance Lab - Mind

Performance Lab - Mind is a dietary supplement that I have been taking for the past few months and I'm very impressed with the benefits overall.

I am a huge fan of Performance Lab's range of supplements in general and their formulas are very well designed.

Mind features Cognizin® (boosts brain energy 13.6%) and eco-friendly Sharp-PS® Green, plus the highest-potency Maritime Pine Bark Extract (95% proanthocyanidins) on the market .

Very good choice of nootropic for stress and cortisol support due to the phosphatidylserine, which research has found to normalize the hyper-responsivity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis in response to an acute stressor.

I like to take a capsule just before bed, its great as I say for controlling cortisol levels in the evening, strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support due to the french maritime pine bark extract, which is also great for cardiovascular health.

Cognizin is a very interesting compound that I have been doing alot of research into recently.
