This week I am sampling some Organic, Grass-fed Raw Cow’s Milk from Emma’s Dairy at Gazegill Organics.
Firstly I would just like to say a huge thanks to the guys at Gazegill Organics for generously sending us some of their Organic food including Organic Raw Milk and Organic Grass Fed Rib-Eye Steaks to review on our new blog.
Gazegill Organics are a United Kingdom based company with 100’s of great Organic food products from their award winning grass-fed raw milk to organic meat and deli products.
Gazegill Organics Raw Organic Milk comes from their rare breed herd of Old English Dairy Shorthorns, born and reared here at home here on the farm.
Grass fed, naturally yellow in colour with that traditional sweet taste that you cannot get from processed milk. Grass fed raw milk for a naturally high level of omega 3 fatty acids and antibiotic free.
Their Organic Raw Milk is GMO free, soya free and straight from the cow, using no artificial fertilisers or pesticides. Registered with the Food Standards Agency and licensed by them, their raw milk is tested every day.
Free to roam their herb and species rich pastures their girls can forage for all the goodness they need to produce a perfect pint, the herbs help the cows self limit negating the need for veterinary intervention and these herbs also help make the milk what it is, unique.
Review
This was my first time trying the Organic Raw Cow’s Milk from Emma’s Dairy at Gazegill Organics and they have converted me into a customer for life with their delicious Organic foods and raw milk.
Whilst it was my first time trying Emma’s Dairy Organic Raw Cow’s Milk, I’m certainly not new to raw cows milk and have tried many other brands over the years.
The taste of Emma’s Dairy Organic Raw Cow’s Milk is absolutely delicious, definitely the nicest tasting milk I have tried to date. Raw milk has a sweeter and creamier taste than regular store bought pasteurized milk in my opinion and you can really tell the difference.
Once you try Organic Raw Cow’s Milk there really is no going back to conventional pasteurized milk both in terms of taste and from a nutrition/health perspective.
Organic Grass-fed Raw Milk has several nutritional and health benefits over regular pasteurized milk such as naturally being higher in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
Organic Raw Milk is a good source of many important basic essential nutrients from Vitamin B12 to Calcium to Phosphorus and many others such as conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).
Raw Cow’s Milk also naturally contains friendly “live” beneficial strains of bacteria which help to repopulate the gut flora and support digestive health.
If you suffer from IBS and the likes of bloating, I personally really notice a huge difference after consuming a glass of raw cow’s milk, my bloating is significantly reduced.
Overall: I would definitely recommend our readers to check out Gazegill Organics website and their wonderful range of delicious organic foods, especially the Organic Raw Cow’s Milk if you are a fan of high quality dairy foods
